Hi!
I've got problems loading my ChatApplet.class from a jar-file... I even tried .cab and .zip files.
IE 5.00 says "ChatApplet not found" and Netscape 4.73 says "java.lang.ClassFormatError:Wrong class name inside class file".
The classes in the jar-file all belong to a package named jchat.
Should I use code="jchat.ChatApplet" instead of code="ChatApplet"? I tried both... same problem!
This is the HTML-Code I use:
<APPLET
CODE = "ChatApplet"
ARCHIVE = "jchat.jar"
WIDTH = 400
HEIGHT = 300
ALIGN = top>
</APPLET>
All files are situated in the same folder on the webserver.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Roman
