Does anyone have a position solution for me? I'm definitely shooting for the moon but will settle for some stars in between. Eventually I will obtain the moon as I become more experienced in using J2EE UML and XML with attended certifications, if not actual work. I'm not worried about that. But for now, I am a Java baby, even a computer science baby. I also have a good financial background working with options, margins, holding the series 7, which covers bonds, stocks, options, regulations, finacial analysis, and margins. I'm also able and eager to easily learn many other finance realms. And I am keeping a website, www.silentlabs.com, that holds my resume and where I can focus some of my practice work in Java development. It'll give a little more of an idea of what I can do, technology permitting. Along with the SCJ2D, I am working on that website often, so visit every now again to see my growth. Right now as of 01/23/00 the website is just using Servlet sub 2.2 specs and JavaMail with ultralight XML. I hope to implement the "web container" architecture of the Servlet 2.2 spec maximizing the use of a deployment descriptor, and declarative security for a compact easy to maintain lightweight web application. That is when I have greater access to technology (i'm putting my computer on the web soon). I'm always working and learning. I would love my J2EE education to be sponsored, but I will continue to take matters into my own hands by default. I would like to at least take a step closer, amid all of this work, towards my goal.
Cheers! Meadowlark Bradsher
