Hi,
I have created an applet which is basically a login screen (which asks for username and password)...
If the username and password is correct I want to open a frame which contains menu items...
Can someone tell me how can i do that in applet to open that frame with menu items...
Any help is greatly appreciated...
Thanks in advance.

To open the frame you can just construct a new instance of JFrame, and set it to visible.
To add a menu bar to the JFrame, you use setJMenuBar().
See
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/components/toplevel.html#menubar
for more information.
