hi guys
Can open a window from an applet without title bar, tool bar, etc. is there method in java to do this

no. there is no method in Applet api to do that.
you have to use Applet to JavaScript communication using JSObject package provided by Netscape...(this package is available on any system i guess named as java40.jar or something).
you can research more on Google.
also, below is the first link i found on Google for JSObject,
