September 2000 - December 2000
This is a single point showcase for Event Managers and Sponsors. The system allows a user to register as a seller, buyer or both. Depending upon the role of the user the context is changed. Sellers can create new Properties (Events) and buyers can create an RFP if they generate interest in an Event. These notifications are sent to the inbox of the user when he logs in and are marked as hot. The user can view, file, or delete the notifications. Saved searches are automatically executed when the user logs in. If a matching RFP is found while executing a saved search at login time, a mail is sent to the inbox of the user. If the user selects the mail the saved search is automatically displayed and executed. The user can then send a RFP to those Event Managers.
