I made a (dual) class that is callable by stand-alone application and an Applet. The class uses some JDBC APIs and is working in stand alone. In Applet (using browser), the GUIs is just ok but when in searching database it doesnt work anymore. It seems looking for JdbcOdbcDriver class? By the way I used ODBC and sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver. Please help me. Thanks.

Unsigned applets running in a web browser cannot use JDBC because the sandbox rules forbid it. You'd have to sign the applet.
Actually, since there are other problems you'd likely encounter as well, it's really better in most cases to do a 3-tier design instead and use Http tunneling to get/update the database data.
