can not login to certmanager

Today i cleared the Exam with 86% and the center gives me the results printed

And When i try to login to the site www.certmanager.net/sun
with valid information it says

# Please correct the following:We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again.

Why not just send an email to Certmanager site?
