Hello,
well I have made an applet which reads a text file known as ahish and I have given rights in java policy file like this
grant codeBase "file:/c:/jasbir/" {
permission java.io.FilePermission "c:\\jasbir\\ashish", "read";
};
well can you tell me whether its right or wrong as Iam running with java plugin (j2re1.4.1_02) and I have given this permission in the java policy file of this plugin but Iam getting acessdenied .
Do I have to make a signed applet .Please help me as Iam :roll: .
I want to know where Iam wrong in giving permission or not.
