Oracle 9i AS EJB client of a WebLogic EJB

I would like ask if there's anybody who knows how to create the library (JAR file ) that contains the requires classes to access an EJB deployed in WebLogic.
Right now I got a situation that I have not solved you, perhaps you can help me:
I have an EJB deployed correctly in Oracle 9i AS (Windows XP); this EJB must execute a method of another EJB deployed in WebLogic 7 (Windows XP), but I got an error with the class weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory, see the Exception generad below:
javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot instantiate class: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory. Root exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory
java.lang.Object java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run()
I have in the Oracle9iAS_HOME_DIRECTORY\j2ee\home\lib, copied the weblogic.jar (it is quite bid, almost 36MB), but I got that error, as if that class would not be in the CLASSPATH.
Any suggestions about how to correct that?
I appreciate a lot if you could help me with this.
