Hi, Can anyone lemme know how to use an applet button on a web page to print the pdf file. Like the applet button should act as a print button for a pdf file ...clicking on the button, it should open the pdf file and print it with atmost one pop-up window....can someone help me please.....
I am looking for some reliable solution to print pdf from an applet, pref. using java apis. We want to avoid using external libraries, so as not to increse the download time.
Java doesn't support printing of PDF documents so far. You need to use external libraries such as jPDFPrint by Qoppa Software. They have a live demo applet to print PDF documents on their website and also provide the sample code for the applet. http://www.qoppa.com/jprindex.html.
