"com.ms.*" are the old (and obsolete) Microsoft Java classes, for the incompatible MS JVM. You need to re-code your app to use java.* and javax.* classes.

I decompiled some jar archive (which consist from 4 *.class files), and have try re-compile back, but can't ((
what you mean use java.* and javax.*?
