HI Kumar,
Send mail to [email protected] describing your problem. Mention your name, candidate id, exam date in mail.
If your postal address is not correct, or if you want your certificate sent to a different address, please login to your files at the i-7 cert tracker database http://i7lp.integral7.com/sun and update your address, then send email to [email protected].

Regards,
Pavan G.

I think this should be added as a FAQ in the SCJP & SCWCD forum.
As this is perhaps a common problem.Me too have faced this problem & tried the above solution, and it worked.

You can also report an incident at http://i7lp.integral7.com/sun.

And yes this should be added to the FAQ section. Even I faced this problem.

Hello "Param"-

On your way in you may have missed that we have a policy on screen names here at JavaRanch. Basically, it must consist of a first name, a space, and a last name, and not be obviously fictitious. Since yours does not conform with it, please take a moment to change it, which you can do right here.

This is on the "to-do" list for the SCJP FAQ. I just don't know what the proper answer is to this question.
