Hi,
I know applets are not as popular as they used to be but are they dying out? I have heard that they are still used by mainly in controlled settings such as inside businesses.
Thanks

I for one hope they are dying out. JWS, IMO, is a much better technology and way to deliver Java applications over the web. Our company still uses some applets from 3rd party vendors for things like our time keeping system, payroll, etc.
