Hi ,
Iam preparing for SCJP 1.5
I almost completed the preparation

Yesterday I took the mock test , which is in Kathy & Bert book CD.
I got only 52% . I booked the slot also ( coming wednesday )
what I have to do now ...
what is the difficulty level of the mock test ?
If I took the real test ... can i pass the test ??

Please suggest ...

Regards,
Sharath.

Hey Babu,

I believe both of sailing on the same boat. Even I have booked the slot. I am facing same condition. I suggest you to take as some mocks no problem you score low or high it give you prcatice to understand question complexity and morever staying focus for around two hours.

That will help I wish you luck.

Please do not put URGENT in topic titles. What's urgent to you is not urgent to the majority of JavaRanch members.

So think whether or not given yourself enough time to study and prepare for SCJP. If not postpone.

hey,
dont worry indirectly it helped you to concentrate more for ur exam. if u have scored 90% in mock what will u do ,u might neglect it.but this is the time to prepare well as u already know the complexity of exam practice more on analysis dont go for remembering answers.do ur best.all the best.
TOMORROW WILL BE YOURS.

Hi Sharath,

My suggestion is to postpone the exam. It's too risky to take the exam based on your mock result.

For those mock questions which you've answered wrongly, clear up whatever concepts you don't understand and write some short code to experiment with it.

Besides Kathy & Bert's mocks, there're other free mocks for 1.5 which you can attempt - check out the JavaRanch FAQ.
