Hate to dump some more errors for you to help me sort through, but that's what they pay you bartenders for, eh?

I'd guess it's something easy: following error:

java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError

Caused by: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission loadLibrary.jawt)

Other applets work, so It's not something like my internet's not allowed to use applets. I'd give you more context if I could, but i don't know what else would be helpful. I use an outisde jar, but i have an unzipped folder of it in the folder with the classes and the HTML, which, as i understand from past futzing, out to work.

Thanks

Might be nice to get paid, but we just help because we love to help. No monetary rewards here.

I wonder if you set the java console to a higher trace level (maybe at least a '3' or '4') whether we'd get more info about what it has security trouble loading.

libJawt, which seems to be implicated here, is a sort of bridge library that lets you do graphics operations from native methods -- OpenGL, for example. Is the applet graphical in nature? Does it do OpenGL, or otherwise maybe include native painting code?

Ha, Bull's eye, Ernest. I'm using the JOGL openGL binding. What's the plan?

I'm not an expert in applet-signing and java.policy files and all that, but I think that's the territory you're headed for. Perhaps somebody else here can offer some advice.
