When i try to run the applet in the browser, it displays nothing. I am using IE6.0. with java installer enabled in browser.

What will be the err?

Did you check if there occures an error in the java console?

How do you invoke the applet?

The program compilles well and I write the applet code in a html file. The applet displays nothing.

Check your Sun JAva Console.
IE->Tool->Sun Java Console.
