Hi guys,
I have this problem. I need an applet with a JSlide object to allow the user to select a value within the configured range. Everytime the user moves the slide to a value i need to refresh my jsp and show a specific image. I would like to know if i can submit a form from the applet, as soon as the user moves to a value, just with the stateChanged event of the jslide.

Thanks for the help.
best regards!

Yes, you can submit from within an applet, IF the applet originates from the sam server that you're submitting the form to. If you can submit using a GET request, it's quite easy using the jana.net.HttpUrlConnection class. If for some reason POST is required, it might be easier to use Jakarta HttpClient package instead.
