Hi All,
In my application I am using tomcat,signed applet,and jsp.
now with the help of all this I am enable to download .exe file which is available on webserver using applet and executing that exe after completion of download but, the problem is that I want to save that .exe file at specific location on my client machine and to get that location.
So please help how to pop up dailog box while downloading a file and to get a download path.

There's nothing applet-specific about this. You can use the java.awt.FileDialog class (or a javax.swing.JFileChooser if it is a Swing applet). An example of how to use it can be found here.
