I can't find the "JRE" logo, "coffe-cup" in the Windows XP toolbar ?

The applet is working, but now, I can't see the logo so that I can't open the applet control panel which contains the important debug information . How to reactivate it ?

Thanks

In my XP I believe if is still inside the control panel of the Windows OS. Then click the coffe-cup (Sure, I need one now too), if you find your there, then click the advanced tab for the settings you want. But you seem to know that, and more Java than me, already and have another problem (it's your code).

But who knows. Anyway, another greens, like me, can benefit.

If u are using Java 5.0, go to java plugin in Control panel --> Advanced Tab --> Miscellaneous --> Place java icon in system Tray.

If u are using Java 2, then COntrol Panel --> General Tab --> place icon in Sytem tray.

Thanks. Your posts work.

and I find another option. If you are using IE 6.0, go to Tools->Sun Java Console, it will show applet debug information. But you need to manually click it each time when you load applet. It works, but it is not a good way.

Thanks.
