Welcome to JavaRanch Priya,

That is an excellent score.
What did you cover in your Java course? Most of the Java courses only cover basics.
Most of the jobs demand that you have a really good understanding of Database access using Java i.e. JDBC, and preferably something like Hibernate in addition to it, and either JSP, Servlets etc. or Swing depending on whether you are interested in Web applications or desktop applications.

I would suggest you get your hands dirty in some real world coding, while you look for a job or try to get a certification. Meanwhile build up some contacts which is crucial to getting a job.

cheers.

Its very good.If you want to see,
1)Take bus no 396 from Andheri(E)going towards Mulund.and getdown at Powai junction.L&T has huge complex. One part is LTITL.
2)On Mumbai-Pune road, also its there on right hand side in Pimpri I think.
3)LTITL by the way, makes you slog like anything.Going on Saturday to work after working 5 days in not uncommon.
