I am looking for an Ecommerce Development Manager in Chicago with the following skills:
- 10+ years Information Technology experience
- 3+ years experience of Java/Oracle ECommerce Application experience
- Must have experience in an E-Commerce environment
- Solid direct hire/fire, project management and team leadership experience of Ecommerce Application Development teams of ECommerce Java/Oracle applications (preferably B2B)
- Must have excellent relationship management skills (e.g. setting client expectations and project delivery focus)
- Needs to be a Rational Rose/RUP Methodology guru
- Must have experience leading development teams of 10 or more people
- Travel requirements of 25%
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Must be able to work for any USA employer without sponsorship
