what's the matter with the "itemStateChanged"

hi friends,

when i do an little Applet Programme i face a problem as following:

i added and choice component to a panel and then i clicked the Event
after this i double clicked the "itemStateChanged" . Unexpectedly,
the source didn't appeared in the Applet Programme.

why ?

Welcome to JavaRanch.

Please explain a bit clearer what you're trying to do. You can not "click an event" or "doubleclick an itemStateChanged", because those are not GUI components, but Java class or events (which may or may not be triggered by GUI events). Also, the source of the applet is not normally displayed; is that something your code implements?
