im about to take my certification by the end of this month.can any one give the actual number of questions in the latest dumps.if possible please give me the latest dumps...

What do you mean by dumps? Brain dumps used for cheating?
Or do you mean mock exams?

If you check Sun's training site you will find (for SCJP 5):

This Sun ePractice exam is comprised of 210 questions, divided into three forms of 70 questions each
