Hexadecimal values are represented differently depending on the context. See
Wikipedia - Hexadecimal for some examples.
Hexadecimal representation prefixed by # is used in HTML color designations. But in
Java, hexadecimals are prefixed by 0x. So I would not expect to see # used on the exam.
