"static" and "private" overridden

Hello Guru's,

I have little bit confuse about "static" and "private" overridden.
Pls help me to understand this concept by providing document or explanation.

There is no such thing as "static" overriding or "private" overriding.
So just remember that you cannot override a static method nor a private method.
