This sounds quite strange. If an applet were able to quit the browser that would be considered quite a security hole.

when exit applet application button

I don't understand what that means. Where is this button, and what is it programmed to do?

I'm also not sure what an "applet application" is - is it an applet, a regular Java application or a Web Start application?
