SCJP book by KB saying it contains two complete master exams. I can see only one exam while installing from the cd. Where is the second exam?.

On the back of the book it says "one bonus downloadable MasterExam practice test"

So somewhere in the book you will find a URL from which you can obtain the second MasterExam.

Correction: page 800 says there is a Bonus material link on the Main Page you see on the CD ROM. Follow that link and register to get to the bonus exam.
