I have an applet running in browser window. It is a signed applet, because we need to work with local files.
What I need to do is to find out what is the X and Y on the screen of the current browser window, and what is the size of this browser window.

Is there are any way to do that?

Java can't do that, but in JavaScript you can use the Window.outerHeight und outerWidth properties to find the window dimensions. I don't think you can get at the X/Y coordinates of the window on the screen.

You can access JavaScript from an applet through LiveConnect; see here for details.
