anniyan - I am sure you have a job. If you don't want to read Shashi's post , no one is forcing you to do so. Why should you be stopping him ?

I would encourage Shashi to keep trying till he has a job. Good Luck!

Shashi, good luck in finding a job, and as long as you follow the rules, you can keep posting here until you find a job. The only thing I ask is to please look carefully at official naming policy at Javaranch & reregister yourself with proper first & last name, with a space between them. The naming policy can be found at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp

thanks,

Jamie

I have seen many posts where people are being asked to correct their names. Just want to let you know that "Sashi KV" is a valid name and likely (s)he is from southern India.

May be the naming policy should be updated to put sample from different parts of the world.

I think Shashi KV is not a valid name whether (s)he is from southern India.Shashi Kumar Venkat/Shashi Kumar Vyankatesh etc are valid names.

Hi Sashi,

One way to gain experience is through self study and doing some small projects at your own in areas that you like. Once you have gained this experience, it will be much easier to get a well paying job.

If getting a job is a need, I would suggest you post your resume on the job portals - timesjobs.com, monster.com etc.

Good luck.
Ashish
