Hi,

Assuming that you are not new to java, I would suggest you to start with Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates book for SCJP 5. Go through this book not once but twice. This book alone is more than enough to clear the exam with good score. Once you have command on this book, go for mock tests. One such product is available at whizlabs site.
Some good links:
1. xyzws:scjp 5.0
2. One question daily
3. whizlabs

Best of Luck!!!
