problem in grant permission fo applet

i have some doubt,

In my application i am using Applet that applet load .dll file ,this is web base application i am running in tomcat.while running local machine there no trouble but while i am running different machine i get accesscontrol error runtime load library error..

i readed applet FAQ i used policy tool and and tomcat.policy
but its not working different machine.

while i run this applet where i need to put my dll file in tomcat/webapps/myapplication.

please tell suggest shortest method to grant permission

Some information about granting permissions can be found at

I don't know how to load libraries in an applet, though. They'd need to be in a publicly accessible place, e.g. the same directory where the applet lives, or even better, in the same jar file.
All that thinking. Doesn't it hurt? What do you think about this tiny ad?
