I am working in banking domain as java developer. But now I want to change my domain from banking to GIS and with the company ESRI.

I am actually fascinated by geography and other earth related science. So thats why I want to shift to that domain.

Well, undoubtedly banking is the best domain because you have more security because banks will never go out of business.
