[ company XYZ ] is offering me about H1B sponser. They are asking me 1 lakh as bank gurantee and 1 year bond. Please help me guys, regarding this if anyone has information regarding this..

Even i got the offer for 6000$ + 2 year bank gurantee and i accepted the offer, i think they are reliable enuf as my frnds have gone through them

i think they are trustworthy.. they help in all stages of visa stamping and i have friends who are on their payroll... i am waiting so that i can complete 5 years of experience in my field and then work with them...
