Hi,

I have significant experience in the IT and Java/J2EE technologies. A have been working extensively as a team lead, project manager and external recruiter on many international projects.

Now I am looking for new interesting projects. If you are going to develop your business in such areas as offshore software development, hiring developers or something else I can be your partner in Russia.

I am located in Saint Petersburg, one of the largest Russian cities with highly developed IT area. Here we have ODC centers of such companies as Sun, Intel, Motorola, Alcatel and Microsoft. Now in Saint-Petersburg there are a lot of highly qualified IT consultants who can help you in your projects.

Let me know if you find this of any interest.

Best regards,
Michael Kozlovsky
