I have completed my M.E.(CSE)in 2004. i have got only 1 year 6 months experinece in company side as a Software Trainee. At presently i am working as a lecturer.Thats why? My goal is to Join a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering(Atpresently I got the admission and register it).I want to switch over on Company side.Because My future aim is to work in R&D Department at company levels. Now I am going to search for jobs in Bangalore. but all oppurtunities are for either experienced(more than 2+ years) or the most recent 2004 passouts. Can u help out?
