Hi guys,
I am working with java mail. I was successful in sending mails locally but finding problems while routing the same on the net.
From my machine it goes to outgoing mails of the mailserver from there it tries to send it to web based email address but it is unable to find the proper host. Therefore the mail gets dumped into SPAM.
I have configured my mailserver giving ip address of my ISP and dns name of the ISP itself.
Please let me know where I have gone wrong...

HI there,
First of all your question is not very clear. It seems the problem is not with your Java Mail client. The problem is with the MailServer configuration which has to be corrected by U or the admin.According to what U've said the mail server will not give access for U to send mails over the net.I have done a similar application using JavaMail & being behind a firewall I have no problems in sending mails to my personal account(Hotmail etc).Hope I have answered your question.
regards
Tony
