7yrs-Total , 3.5yrs-Java/J2EE- Looking out for job in Mumbai

I Have total 7 years of experience in which 3.6 Years of experience in Java, J2EE, WebLogic,Tomcat,JBoss, JSP, Servlets,JMS,MBeans & databases like Oracle & Sybase. Presently I am in Mumbai & looking out for a job in Mumbai only.I have experience in Finance, Insurance,Advertisement Domains.

I am on the final step of getting offers from CMM-V level companies but they are not disclosing about the project. I dont want to join any big shot company blindly & then be on bench or a production support project.I want a company where there they do a good technical development work in Java. I dont mind if the company is not CMM level or is small.Also if I get a company where I get some experience on Technical Archiect level that will be great.
