Hi all,

Java is the only technology that is into the embedded devices.
I have read a lot of job posts in the newspapers regarding requirement for j2me programmers.Companies like Nokia and others are amongst the recruters.

Can anyone throw some light about the job market for the scmad domain ?

Also, what about the symbian-java stuff, will j2me give a person edge if he plans to learn symbian technology ? Its Symbian thats a lot more hot these days.

I am currently into an IT MNC, and i am thinking over lots of career options. Will my IT experience [j2ee-struts] count if i decide to plunge into the scmad domain ?

Any help in the above regard will be welcome.

Thanks in advance
There’s no place like But I'll always remember this tiny ad:
