hi all,

I am currently working with the fastest growing IT firm in pune.
I joined on 20th January 2006. Got confirmed in july.
I am learning a lot. But some things prick me a lot -

Being a large team size, i dont get much exposure. The chunks of work that reach me, are diluted.I am still happy. But i frequently think that i can and i MUST try to EXTRACT more and more painful work out of the resource in me.I want to grow fast, and i want to grow uniquely.

I am trying to make most out of the existing state, but any one can help me / has a better suggestion for me ?? Anything that pops into your mind is welcome. I mean, if any experienced people would like to say something that can act as a guidance for me.

Things will sound abstract for the readers. Please bear

Thanks in advance.
Always look on the bright side of life. At least this ad is really tiny:
Java file APIs (DOC, XLS, PDF, and many more)
