Rancher,Yesterday I requested the the Programmers logo on the suns logo site.Today I got the permission to download them and I did the same.
The problem is there are some files in tif and eps format.I am unable to include those logos in my resume because they are not convertable to gif of any format which Word recognises.
Please help me to sort it out.

Word recognises eps format. You can use that directly. Else use Adobe Photoshop to convert it into jpeg/gif.

Please do not send your logo to anybody offering to do it for you, for obvious reasons. There is a topic in our Sun Certifications Results which may help you.

Here it is.

I do not know for sure, but perhaps the Gimp (a free program) or ImageMagick (another free program) may be able to convert it.

Jothi, you will be told how to get the logo when you receive your certification kit. If you have received it, make sure that you send the signed logo agreement back to Sun.

Barry,

Sanjeev took the exam after I took and he got his logo. I want to alos get it downloaded and by the way, I got my certification kit just yesterday and I have the form that has to be signed by me and sent to sun. Maybe i will do that. But apart from that, how and where can I get the logo downloaded?

Jothi,
You can go to www.logos.sun.com and request for the appropriate logo.Anyway I have a query, how much time it took you to receive the kit from the date of exam.Yesterday(11-01-07) I verified my address on certmanager website, but when I trailed the acitivites it seems that they have posted my kit even before I verified my address. Is it possible? I am afraid because the prometic center people has filled my address incorreclty
