Java/J2EE holding H1B visa, looking for Job in US

Hi,

I have around 3 years of IT exp in Java/J2EE ES-FrameWork(Similar to Struts) working in Finance Domain . I have SCJP1.4(72%) AND SCWCD1.4(86%) certifications. I had worked in Sheffield,UK for 4 months as onsite Developer.Currently Working in India,Pune.I Hold a valid h1-b Visa.Please let me know if my Skill set Match your Company Requirement.

Just out of curiousity, how can be holding an h1b visa, while away from usa. Your sponsor in usa allowed you to be away for a certain period of time?
