Has anyone here used the whizlabs certification prep items to pass the scjp and been successful?
Also, anyone have opinions on the whizlabs vs. just using the certification book by kathy and bert???

thanks,
brian

I used whizlab to pass all of my exams. including 1.5

Ok my opinion on whizlabs is generally great.

the pro:
can restrict quiz to a small number of questions. ( this allows you to do 10-30 minute practice exams per day).

able to restrict practice exams to level and catagory of questons. (all advanced fundimental questions only )

Able to restrict each questions amount of time. no more than 30 seconds per question, then auto move onto next question.

The con:
allmost all the the answers have links to related resources. Unfortunately whizlabs does not allow you to click the URL or select/copy the url. !!! my frustration !!! So you end up having to write URL down and the type them into the browser.

enthuware is good......very good. No training as such but the tests are worth it. Whizlabs training for scjp 1.5 is very new and i have not used it so won't be sure if it is worth it. there mock tests are good though.

I used whizlabs to pass SCJP 5.0. It is great tool to pass 1.4 but for 1.5 it still lacks a few important topic. I hope they will correct it soon.

I used whizlabs and it is indeed a great simulator commercially available.
