I would like to know if anyone can give me suggestion as to what should I do. My Business visa issued by my employer is going to expire on september 2007.

I am looking for a company who can sponsor and give H1B. I understand H1B quota is over for this year. What should I do? I really wanted to work here. My passport visa issued by the US embassy is until 1 yr. but the Immigration from Guam stamped only 6 mos.; which one should I follow?

Can I stay here until Feb. 2007? That was the expiration date for my visa originally issued by the US embassy in the Phils.

If you know any option or job wherein I can stay and work longer here in the US, please, please, please, let me know...

Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

The date on I94 allows you to stay legally in US. (In the case of B1 Visa, I94 expiration date always falls before Visa expiration date. )

To my knowledge, there are guys who enroll into Kaplan or some University Masters program, in order to maintain status.

I tried to chat with a Kaplan admission officer and said that they are not giving I20 for international students. I also like to study Information technology in addition to what I've finished.

I hope you do know someone or companies who could offer me a job while my status is still up to date. and I can apply for.
