Hi,



The above line gives compilation error. We should write "E:\\SoftPractices",
(double back slash). Because "\" is escape character. Does this detail count
for the exam?

Afaik the exam will use Unix conventions so it would be "/" on the exam(which also works perfectly when coding in Windoze). However this "detail" would certainly matter in regex related questions where you would be required to detect errors coz of usage of \ instead of \\
