Is it your first time entering the Certmanager? If so, click in "First Time Users" and register. Please let me know if I got it wrong. What kind of informations were you being asked?

Regards,
Marcos.

Hi, Gaurav,

First and Last Name are exactly as appears on report?
The letters of your Registration Number are in upper case?
Is the date in correct order? (month/day/year) - two digits for month and day as in 05/15/2007
I believe Site Number is made of 2 letters and 2 digits. Mine is BR31.

Hope that helps.
Good luck!
Marcos.

Hi,

I was asked to update my personal information (which status was pending) in order to receive my certificate.
