Need job in NCR region in India

I have cleared SCWCD 5.0 recently.I need a job somewhere in north india or NCR region. can anybody help me?

I am Pradeep Singh, a hard working person, interested in working for your organization. I have completed my BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2006 year. I have an aggregate of 69% in B.E., never got any reappear. I have good programming knowledge of programming languages like C ,C++. I have also basic working knowledge of HTML, SQL.
I have learnt JAVA (J2SE &J2EE) & ORACLE 9i PL/SQL courses in NIIT.
I am also a Sun Certified Java Programmer 5.0 (75%) and Sun Certified Web Component Developer 5.0 (88%).
