SCJP 1.4 or 5.0

Hi Ranchers, I m new to javaranch.com and planning to take scjp soon. I have few doubts -

I m almost ready for SCJP 1.4 and still studying 1.5.
They say that 1.5 is more complex as compared to 1.4

Does it matter which version of SCJP we cleared while applying for jobs? Also will I be required to take 5.0 later?

I m confused which version of SCJP I should go for?? Please help

Concerning your question, I'd advice you to go for 5.0. There's been many new features which are being used more and more.

SCJP 5 has new features and its the latest.So, i suggest you to go for SCJP 1.5.Post your scjp related Queries in SCJP forum not here.
