Does Giving the level of expertise matters  RSS feed

Hi All,
Does giving the expertise level before the real exam starts matters to question difficulty level?

No, I don't believe it does. It's just a survey to help Sun see how afraid and uncertain you are before exam :-).

Also I read somewhere, that test is not adaptive - asking you question from some area until you get one right.

No, it does not have any influence on the questions you will get.

Think of it more as a survey so that Prometric and Sun know the kinds of folks who are sitting for each exam. It might be used in the event they need to replace questions on the exam while it's in the marketplace, if they find that certain kinds of questions are too easy/hard...
