Hi,
I am looking for job in manchester area for last 3 month I have an experience in java ,j2ee of 2 years in india but till now i have not get any interview call from any company ,some agency do call me then they asked me have you ever got any call in uk from any company for interview then after knowing that i have not got any call , thier response become not so positive, Can anybody help me out how i should apply and help me in getting job

Some agencies are pretty poor like that.
Go onto the British Computer Society website and you should find some job websites there: I have quoted the "careers" link. There is all sorts of interesting stuff there, including links to job advert websites. See whether they tell you to approach the company directly, which I think wouldn't do any harm.
