Hi Sourab,

From the report which you've got at Prometric Center after completing the exam, match the First Name, Last Name, Registration Number, Test Date and Site Number.

The three characters in "Site Number" could be a mix of alphabets and numbers.

I have entered everything that you have mentioned. But still it is giving the same message. My questions are:

1. Does it take some days time to update??
2. Should I get any e-mail from SUN??

Hi Sourabh,

It is a common problem. Along with so many others I am too not able to
register myself to the certmanager. I am getting the same error as you.
I have got my cert kit although.

Thanks,
